If your keepsake is for baby clothes you will need 8-10 babygro’s, or an equivalent amount of clothing. When you are choosing which clothes to have made into your keepsake choose clothes that have patterns that work well together because they match or contrast with each other. Clothes with pockets or bows or characters on can make great extra details.
All unicorns can have up to 2 names and date of birth embroidered onto a patch on the unicorn’s back.
Keepsakes can also be made from loved one’s clothing, one to two shirts can be used, some other clothing also works well, message me and we can talk about your requirements.
If you would like some details embroidered onto the patch on the unicorn’s back, let me know.
Once you have paid for your keepsake I will give you my address to post the clothes to. Post them in a secure waterproof parcel using Royal Mail’s ‘signed for’ service and I will make the clothes into a gorgeous keepsake for you to treasure forever.
I will keep you updated on your unicorn’s progress, and send you a couple of photos so you can see him or her being made. Your keepsake will be posted back to you first class via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ delivery, packed safely and gift wrapped.
My unicorn keepsakes are made using a pattern from Melly and Me.
These unicorns have black plastic safety eyes. Their manes and tails are made from wool to compliment the colours of the clothing you give me. All keepsakes are stuffed with fire safe polyester hollow fibre filling.
Please be aware that as keepsakes cannot be CE tested they cannot be sold as toys.
